Hang me by the chandeliers of sunlight and witness the sublime like a daughter of darkness I collapsed into your arms into the wasteland of your embrace this is the collar of grace in the eventides I chased and I chased like daybreak you were catching dark fires daughter of darkness in the eventides I chased and chased the desecration of your embrace what a grave today is the only grace the only wasteland Dark Divinity I am the oblivion you sift through back to the battleground I am wasteland again burning under the chandeliers of sunlight you looked at me like I was divine in the evenings I witnessed the midnight fire of your eyes like Lazarus I rise and rise in the eventides

Listening to the night trains whistle like dark angel wingbeats
Desire you impoverish me
Reality shatters me,
there is grace in defeat
Panopticon of creation, forged in the void, the eye watches the absurd show
pilgrims looking for god portals
Creation is severance
The fatality! of the light!
Remnants after apocalypse, again I forget myself
Desire had a mission and the mission was the end 

Sentenced to existence
I lived between two fires day breaking dawn
the bellows of charon boating across many darknesses
Cyclone storms in the noons
endure the annihilations of winds
and the other kinds
Seasons of annihilations
I survived
burning from the midnight fire in your eyes

in me, your only burning eternity
There are myriad silences
one made of screams in the night
Oh I was swallowed by the vastness of delight
I witnessed the moon my mistress kneel for mercy
what mercy fate had that I was made in shadows
I collapsed in the wasteland of your embrace
Witness divine rebellion, Desire waged a war of vengeance in me

There is so much hubris in survival
The moon my mistress, I kneeled for mercy
The vanishing divine, witness your god in metamorphosis

Desire looked at me like I was a done thing
Desire burned like devastation in me
Daughter of darkness
I escaped— the vastness—
the vastness of the void of delight
The desecrations of desire! You impoverish me
I was sinking with the sirens
Daughter of rapture
Oh vast Valhalla, you devastate me with need
Desire is always arriving, I kneeled for mercy 

THE MIASMA OF DESIRE  
On the edge of fever, I witnessed —
Your god in metamorphosis at my bedside
DESIRE BURNED LIKE SURVIVAL IN ME
IT WAS DESIRE NOT CHARON
THAT CARRIED ME TO THIS LUMINOUS AFTERLIFE
Eternities of wanting and wanting only one thing
and then I woke one evening to find desire had given me burning wings
A state of grace in the sirens’ graveyard of dark waves 

Ceaseless eternity, burn without me
Darkness sleeping in the flesh, Desire invaded me
The fatality! of this flame! First the universe began in this fire burning at my bedside again
Desperately seeking peace, you had me calling the valkyries 
Desire liberated me into your chains

I called the dark Madonna and the dark Madonna came 
You devastate me with need, I kneeled for mercy
I witnessed Paradise surviving in your eyes, I kneeled for delight
Behold, the return of Orpheus—
Bear me to eternity, inheritor of dark fires
Desperate for the divine, I chased and chased in the evening tides
